We’re casting real El Paso moms and their kids to appear in upcoming TV commercials for El Paso Health.

Who should apply:

  • Moms with one or more kids
    between the ages of 0-15yrs.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Mom is comfortable reading short lines on camera

What you will need to submit in order to be considard:

1. Basic contact Information. Please complete all required fields in the form.
2. A Short Introduction Video. Upload a short video introducing yourself and your child(ren).

Video Guidelines:

  • Length: 30–60 seconds
  • Film in a quiet, well lit space
  • Use your phone or camera (no professional equipment needed)
  • Horizontal or vertical video is okay
  • Please film you and your child

What to Say in the Video:

  • Your name
  • Your child’s name(s) and age(s)
  • Briefly introduce your family in English
  • Briefly introduce your family again in Spanish
Tip:  You can keep it casual and natural. We’re looking for real families.
